Continuance Resolution means the special resolution of the Sulliden Shareholders approving the Continuance considered at the Meeting;
Continuance Resolution means the resolution of the Shareholders to approve the Continuance, the full text of which is set out as Appendix “A” to this Circular.
Continuance Resolution means the special resolution in respect of the Continuance to be considered by the shareholders of the Company at the Company Shareholders Meeting, substantially in the form and content of Exhibit D annexed hereto.

More Definitions of Continuance Resolution
Continuance Resolution means the special resolution of the Corel Shareholders concerning the continuance of Corel from the CBCA jurisdiction to the OBCA jurisdiction, substantially in the form and content set out in Appendix A-2 to this Circular.
