Continuing Guaranty Obligations definition
Continuing Guaranty Obligations has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).
Continuing Guaranty Obligations means those certain ongoing obligations of the Partnership and LXP as set forth in Exhibit C hereof.
Examples of Continuing Guaranty Obligations in a sentence
The obligations of the Redeeming Limited Partner under Section 7.1(v) shall be absolutely, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Clarion Lion Properties Fund Holdings, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and Clarion Lion Properties Fund Holdings, L.P. shall maintain a net worth as required by the Continuing Guaranty Obligations so long as the Continuing Guaranty Obligations are outstanding.
