Contra Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of:
Contra Amount means at any time of determination and with respect to any Obligor, the aggregate amounts of indebtedness and other obligations owed to such Obligor and its Affiliates by any Originator or any of its Affiliates, including, without limitation, any such indebtedness or obligations arising in connection with the sale of goods or rendering of services by such Obligor or its Affiliates to any Originator or any of its Affiliates.

Examples of Contra Amount in a sentence
As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, a Monthly Report (which shall include a calculation of amounts set forth in clause (a) of the definition of Contra Amount) as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month.
