Contract Account definition

Contract Account means the Separate Account Liabilities as shall from time to time relate to the Contracts as determined pursuant to Section 5.02(a).

Contract Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section ---------------- 4.2 of the Custodial Agreement.

Contract Account means an airline certificated by the FAA or the California Public Utilities Commission to provide airline service, a major manufacturer of Aircraft with a Maximum Gross Landing Weight in excess of 60,000 pounds used by major air carriers, an air travel club which operates turboprop or turbojet transport category Aircraft with a Maximum Gross Landing Weight in excess of 70,000 pounds or a person conducting air taxi operations in large Aircraft under federal authority, and which airline, manufacturer, air travel club or air taxi operator is the holder of a contract with an oil company authorized to make Aviation Fuel deliveries to the Airport providing for the purchase and delivery of Aviation Fuel.

Contract Account. An account established pursuant to Section 4.2 ---------------- hereof.

Contract Account means any Accounts of Borrower or any Guarantor arising pursuant to services rendered by Borrower or such Guarantor to any person who is an eligible beneficiary under any agreement of Borrower or such Guarantor with a public or private, profit or non-profit agency, organization, partnership or other person that provides health care services to its members or participants (including any health maintenance organization or preferred provider organization).

Contract Account means the commercial bank account established by the Contractor in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
