Contract Agreement Period. This will be a firm fixed price agreement for a (3) three year period beginning the date of award, or upon notification from Dallas County if thereafter. Upon expiration of the Contract, the Contractor agrees to hold over under the terms and conditions of this contract for such a period of time as is reasonably necessary to re-solicit (not to exceed 120 calendar days unless mutually agreed on in writing).
Contract Agreement Period. Academic Year (August 2021-May 2022) Occupancy of the residence hall room will be for the above period of time. It will extend, from the announced opening of the residence halls until 5 p.m. on the day of Commencement. The residence halls are closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break. Occupancy of a residence hall room during these times must have prior approval from the Office of Housing & Residence Life. When approved, an additional daily charge will be added to the student account. The term of this agreement will begin on opening day prior to classes for the specified fall term, or on the pre-approved early check-in day and will remain in effect until the day of the student’s last spring term examination or spring graduation date if the student is among those scheduled, in advance, to graduate. Academic Year Terms – Student agrees to reside on campus for both the fall and spring terms, provided “Student” enrolls in “University” for both terms.
