Contract Component definition
Contract Component means the Training for Independence contract which defines the specific specialty services delivered under that contract. For example, Training for Independence Children & Young Persons. Training for Independence Adults with Other Injuries, Training for Independence Adults with Sensitive Claims, Training for Independence Adults with Traumatic Brain Injury.
Examples of Contract Component in a sentence
Each Unit Certificate shall evidence the number of Units specified therein, with each such Unit evidencing the ownership by the Holder thereof of (a) one Treasury Strip with a face amount of $1,000 maturing on each Payment Date from February 15, 2003 through August 15, 2005 and such Holder's pro rata portion of Treasury Strips that mature on August 15, 2002 (the "Treasury Strip Component" of such Unit) and (b) one Purchase Contract (the "Purchase Contract Component" of such Unit).
