Contract Costs definition

Contract Costs means Exploration Costs, Development Costs and Production Costs as provided in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be cost recoverable in terms of Section 3 of the Accounting Procedure.
Contract Costs means the estimated costs of the extension, conversion, or modification of service. Any additional capacity shall not include or be determined with reference to provision for additional capacity, size, or strength in excess of that necessary to meet the requirements of the Association's construction standards required to serve the load. Estimated costs shall be determined by the Association.
Contract Costs means any Exploration, Appraisal, Development and Production Costs incurred by the Contractor from the Effective Date of this Agreement, including but not limited to Capital and Operating Costs, Decommissioning Costs, Service Costs, General and Administrative Costs and Annual Overhead Charge;

  • SCPPA shall apply, as a credit against Contract Costs, a proportionate share of any receipts, revenues and other moneys received by SCPPA in carrying forth the Project and any other moneys received by it from the sale, if any, of any rights, equipment, materials or supplies, all if and to the extent held in or paid into the budgeted accounts employed to carry forth the Pebble Springs Wind Project.

  • SCPPA may include in the Annual Budget reasonable amounts in excess of the estimated Contract Costs to be collected as an operating reserve to ensure that SCPPA may timely pay all Contract Costs.

More Definitions of Contract Costs

Contract Costs means Exploration Costs, Development Costs, Production costs, and all other costs related to Petroleum Operations as set forth in Section 3 of the Accounting Procedure.
