Contract Charges definition

Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
Contract Charges means the prices (exclusive of any applicable VAT), payable to the Supplier by the Customer under the Contract for the full and proper performance by the Supplier of the Contract Services;

Examples of Contract Charges in a sentence

  • Any change to the Contract Charges shall then be agreed in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 52 (Variation).

  • With effect from the expiry of the Termination Assistance Period, the Supplier shall sell the Transferring Assets to the Customer and/or its nominated Replacement Supplier for a consideration equal to their Net Book Value, except where the cost of the Transferring Asset has been partially or fully paid for through the Contract Charges at the Expiry Date, in which case the Customer shall pay the Supplier the Net Book Value of the Transferring Asset less the amount already paid through the Charges.

  • Any failure to meet the Service Levels shall entitle the Authority to Service Credits calculated in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 7.1 (Contract Charges) Part B: Adjustments to the Contract Charges and Risk Register.

  • Schedule 2: Call-Off Contract charges For each individual Service, the applicable Call-Off Contract Charges (in accordance with the Supplier’s Platform pricing document) can’t be amended during the term of the Call-Off Contract.

  • In consideration of the Supplier's performance of its obligations under this Agreement, the Authority shall pay the Contract Charges and any VAT in accordance with Schedule 7.1 (Contract Charges).

Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III.
