Contract Date definition

Contract Date means the date set for bid opening or, if this is a negotiated contract or a modification, the effective date of this contract or modification.
Contract Date. The date we received the initial premium and upon which we begin determining the Contract values. It may not be the same as the Contract Issue Date. This date is used to determine Contract months, processing dates, years, and anniversaries. CONTRACT ISSUE DATE - The date the Contract is issued at our Customer Service Center.
Contract Date. ’ means the earlier of: (a) the date on which the Owner is enrolled under the Contract according to our enrollment procedures, or (b) in conjunction with certain exchanges, the date of enrollment under a Prior Contract, if we agree. The Contract Date is shown in the Data Pages.
