Contract For Differences or CFD definition

Contract For Differences or CFD means a derivative Contract involves the exchange of the difference in the value of a particular currency, commodity, share, crypto or index between the time at which a contract is opened and the time at which it is closed. Gains or losses are made based on how the underlying instruments' prices change relative to the price at the initiation of the contract.
Contract For Differences or CFD means an agreement to exchange the difference in the price of an instrument over a set period of time.

  • Contract for Differences (“CFD”) shall mean a contract, which is a contract for differences by reference to variations in the price of an Underlying Asset.

  • Operating Margin Customer means a Control Area purchasing Operating Margin pursuant to an agreement between such other Control Area and the LLC.

  • Monthly Uptime Percentage means total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the number of minutes of Downtime suffered in a calendar month, divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.

  • Total Tangible Assets means, as of any date, (a) the aggregate amount of the assets (other than intangible assets, goodwill and deferred tax assets) of the Group, as disclosed on the consolidated statement of financial position in the most recent Accounts of the Group, minus (b) the lesser of (i) the aggregate value of all Project Assets subject to any Lien securing any Limited Recourse Indebtedness and (ii) the aggregate principal amount of Limited Recourse Indebtedness, in each case, as reflected in (or derived from) the most recent Accounts of the Group, plus (c) the net cash proceeds received by the Parent Guarantor from any share capital issuance by the Parent Guarantor consummated after the date of the most recent balance sheet included in such Accounts and on or prior to such date.

  • DRS/Profile means the system for the uncertificated registration of ownership of securities pursuant to which ownership of ADSs is maintained on the books of the Depositary without the issuance of a physical certificate and transfer instructions may be given to allow for the automated transfer of ownership between the books of DTC and the Depositary. Ownership of ADSs held in DRS/Profile is evidenced by periodic statements issued by the Depositary to the Holders entitled thereto.

  • Erroneous Payment Deficiency Assignment has the meaning assigned to it in Section 10.10(d).

  • Contract feeder means a person who as an independent contractor, feeds commercial feed to animals pursuant to a contract whereby such commercial feed is supplied, furnished or otherwise provided to such person and whereby such person’s remuneration is determined all or in part by feed consumption, mortality, profits or amount or quality of product.

  • Contract or Contract Document means the written agreement executed by the Owner and Contractor setting forth the obligations of the parties, including but not limited to performance of the work, furnishing of labor, equipment and materials, and the basis of payment.   • Master Batch Record means the document, proposed by Lonza and approved by Customer, which defines the manufacturing methods, test methods and other procedures, directions and controls associated with the manufacture and testing of Product.

  • Contract Sales Price means the total consideration received by the Company for the sale of an Investment.

  • credit meter means a meter where an account is issued subsequent to the consumption of electricity;
