Contract Management Services definition

Contract Management Services shall not mean or be construed to include physician services. It is hereby acknowledged that Contract Management Services shall be provided to Owner hereunder by LHMI and its Affiliates (such terms and other capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Operating Agreement).

Related to Contract Management Services

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).
