To the extent that a failure or inability of Supplier to meet a Contract Milestone is a direct result of a Force Majeure Event or Spark’s breach of contract or negligence, Supplier will be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for that Contract Milestone and any other Contract Milestones that are similarly affected.
