Contract obligation definition

Contract obligation means the net amount, whether paid or unpaid, that a vegetable contractor owes a vegetable producer or producer agent under a vegetable procurement contract. “Con- tract obligation” includes a net amount owed for unharvested acreage.
Contract obligation shall refer to all the obligations of Pledgor under the Exclusive Option Agreement, the Power of Attorney, the Loan Agreement and this Agreement; all the obligations of Party C under the Exclusive Business Cooperation Agreement, the Exclusive Option Agreement and this Agreement.

  • Hedging Obligation of any Person means any obligation of such Person pursuant to any Interest Rate Agreement, Currency Exchange Protection Agreement, Commodity Price Protection Agreement or any other similar agreement or arrangement.
