Contract Plant definition

Contract Plant means that portion of a Contract Manufacturer's facilities used in the Contract Manufacture of Products.
Contract Plant means machinery, computer hardware and software, apparatus, materials, articles and things of all kinds to be provided under this Agreement and intended to form or forming part of the Toll Road and/or for the purposes of operating and maintaining the Toll Road;
Contract Plant means all appliance or things of whatsoever nature required in or about the execution , completion or maintenance of the work s or temporary works ( as herein after defined) but does include materials of other things intended for incorporation into or to form or forming part of the permanent works.
