Contract Professionals means independent contractor or employees of Companies or Purchaser Affiliates, as the case may be, who are on assignment at Customers of the Companies or Purchaser Affiliates, as the case may be;

  • Contract Professional shall include all such subcontractors, independent Contract Professionals, sub-vendors suppliers or other entities as insureds under its policies or shall ensure that all subcontractors maintain the required coverages.

  • The Contractor shall not engage any Contract Professionals that do not meet the applicable professional licensing requirements and the Contractor shall exercise administrative supervision over such Contract Professionals as necessary to ensure the strict fulfillment of the obligations contained in this Contract.
