CONTRACT PURCHASE AGREEMENT definition
CONTRACT PURCHASE AGREEMENT means a written agreement between Borrower and a Contract Purchaser whereby the Borrower agrees to sell and the Contract Purchaser agrees to purchase Contracts which satisfy such Contract Purchaser's Loan Guidelines. All of the Borrower's Contract Purchase Agreements are attached hereto as EXHIBIT C.
