Contract reserves definition

Contract reserves means reserves that are established which, due to the gross premium pricing structure at issue, account for the value of the future benefits at any time exceeding the value of any appropriate future valuation net premiums at that time. Contract reserves should not include premium deficiency reserves. Contract reserves should not include reserves for expected MLR rebates.

  • Such amount will include, but not be limited to, amounts for Contract reserves, reserves for claims and losses incurred, loss adjustment expenses and unearned premiums.

  • Growthfund/A Growthfund portfolio company through the Individual Contract reserves the right to request at any time during the Term the provision of additional Licenses/Services.

  • The annual registration fee, together with this signed Contract, reserves a student’s seat in a class or spot in the waiting pool and covers the costs of registration, recordkeeping, and essential classroom supplies.

  • The Commission, in addition to other rights set forth elsewhere in this Contract, reserves the right to terminate this Contract in whole or in part, without cause, effective thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of written notice of termination sent by certified mail to the Grantee.

  • PURCHASER, during execution of the Contract, reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of goods and services for the items included in the Contract with variation of the total Contract Price as specified in SCC but without any change in unit price or other terms and conditions.

  • The Department, in addition to other rights set forth elsewhere in the Contract, reserves the right to terminate this Contract, in whole, or in part without cause, effective thirty (30) days after mailing written notice of termination by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the Contractor.
