Contract Review Meeting definition

Contract Review Meeting means the meetings described in paragraph 3.2.1 of the Custodial Service Specification;
Contract Review Meeting means a periodic meeting between the Authority and the Contractor (and such Agencies as may be invited to attend) to be held at the Authority’s offices or as agreed, for the discussion of the Contractor’s delivery and performance of the Services and the review of the Contractor’s Management Information Report; “Contract Year” means the period of twelve (12) Months commencing on the Services Commencement Date and each subsequent period of twelve (12) Months commencing on each anniversary of the Services Commencement Date, provided that:

Examples of Contract Review Meeting in a sentence

  • Each revised draft STP shall include any amendments to the previous version that were discussed and agreed by the parties at the preceding Contract Review Meeting.

  • Thereafter, the Contractor shall submit revised drafts to the Authority ten (10) Working Days prior to each Contract Review Meeting for discussion at that meeting.

  • Attendance at any Contract Review Meeting shall be at the Supplier’s own expense.
