Examples of Contract Time in a sentence
Changes to the Contract Time (as defined in Section 3.3) or Total Contract Price shall be in the form of a written Change Order, either signed or otherwise agreed to by both parties in writing.
Failure to timely request a Change Order shall constitute a waiver of any right to adjust the Contract Time or the Total Contract Price.
To the extent the directive results in extra work or requires additional Contract Time, Contractor shall request a Change Order within seven (7) days of receiving the Work Directive.
These liquidated damages will not be cumulative with any liquidated damages which may become chargeable under Intermediate Contract Time Number 1.
Contractor agrees that if such Work is not completed within the aforementioned Contract Time and/or pursuant to any such completion schedule, construction schedule or project milestones developed pursuant to provisions of the Contract, it is understood, acknowledged and agreed that the Authority will suffer damage.
