Contracted CUF definition
Contracted CUF means the % capacity utilization factor of the project mentioned in Schedule 3 of the PPA and which shall be allowed to be modified until 1 year from Commercial Operation Date and thereafter it shall remain unchanged for the balance term of the PPA.
Contracted CUF means the maximum capacity utilization factor of 30% in relation to the contracted capacity of the project and DISCOMs shall not be obliged to purchase power generated from the project beyond such CUF in a Contract Year. For illustration, CUF shall be calculated based on the annual energy injected and metered at the Delivery Point. In any Contract Year, if „X‟ MWh of energy has been metered at the Delivery Point for „Y‟ MW Project capacity, CUF= (X MWh/(Y MW*8760)) X100%;

Contracted CUF means the % Capacity Utilization Factor of the project mentioned in Schedule 3 of the PPA and shall be allowed to be modified until 1 year after Commencement of Supply Date (CSD) of the project / part thereof and thereafter it shall remain unchanged for the balance term of the PPA.
