Contracted Sales definition
Contracted Sales means sales contracts entered into between the Group and purchasers pursuant to the Administrative Measures on the Sales of Commodity Buildings promulgated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development on 4 April 2001 and implemented on 1 June 2001. Sale of commodity buildings included both pre-completion sales (pre-sale) and post-completion sales, and included sales from residential, commercial and car park units.
Contracted Sales. ’ means, in respect of each relevant period from 1 January 2023 to the specific end date (both days inclusive) , the cumulative contracted sales of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates for that period, as disclosed in the latest annual results of the Company or otherwise publicly announced on the SEHK , or, if not so disclosed or announced, calculated consistently with the contracted sales data for the year ended 31 December 2022 as disclosed in the Company’s annual results announced on the SEHK on 30 March 2023.「合約銷售額」指（ 就2023 年1 月1 日起至指定結束日期（ 包括首尾兩日 ）止各有關期間 ）本公司及其受限制附屬公司、合營企業及聯營公司就該期間的累計合約銷售額（ 按本公司最新年度業績所披露或在香港聯交所上公開公佈， 或如未有如此披露或公佈， 則按本公司於2023 年3 月30 日在香港聯交所公佈的年度業績所披露以與截至2022 年12 月31 日止年度的合約銷售數據一致的方式計算）。
