Contracting Authority Requirements definition
Contracting Authority Requirements means the: (a) Contract Services and Lot 1 Funding; (b) Contract Supplies and Lot 2 Funding, (as the case may be) as a Contracting Authority may from time to time require (each being a Contracting Authority Requirement). Data Loss Event any event that results, or may result, in unauthorised access to Personal Data held by the Provider under this DPS Agreement, and/or actual or potential loss and/or destruction of Personal Data in breach of this DPS Agreement, including any Personal Data Breach.
