Contracting Officer Representative. COR”)” means a person designated and appointed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The COR shall be the Government’s representative on the project for technical operations. Certain and specific Contracting Officer duties may be delegated by the Contracting Officer to the COR.   • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
