Contractor activity means any work, including but not limited to, construction, demolition, renovation, survey, test boring services, or maintenance work performed under the Contract.

Contractor activity means every activity performed by a Contractor that is in any way related to furthering the Project or otherwise performed on the Site, regardless of whether such activity is required by contract. Contractor Activity also includes a Contractor’s failure to perform any activity required by law or contract.

Examples of Contractor activity in a sentence

  • The trend factor shall be developed independent of any assumptions about Contractor activity or efficiency during the Performance Year.
