Contractor activity definition

Contractor activity means any work, including but not limited to, construction, demolition, renovation, survey, test boring services, or maintenance work performed under the Contract.

Contractor activity means every activity performed by a Contractor that is in any way related to furthering the Project or otherwise performed on the Site, regardless of whether such activity is required by contract.
