Contractor Change Notice definition

Contractor Change Notice means a written notice to the Airport Authority of the Contractor’s intent to submit a Contractor Change Request. The Contractor Change Notice must be submitted as soon as practicable after the occurrence of the event or circumstance upon which the Contractor Change Request is based, and in any event not later than five (5) days following the occurrence of the event or circumstance upon which the Contractor Change Request is based, and shall contain as much information concerning the event or circumstance and its effect on cost or schedule as is reasonably available to the Contractor within such time period.

Failure to provide a Contractor Change Notice and Contractor Change Request within the time periods specified, or failure to provide a complete claim submittal within the time required in accordance with this Paragraph, shall be conclusively deemed to be a waiver of the claim, including all matters arising out of the event, occurrence or circumstance giving rise to the claim.
