Contractor Documents definition

Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.
Contractor Documents means drawings, plans, models, designs, specifications, reports, photographs, computer software proprietary to the Contractor, surveys, calculations and other data, which are otherwise used in connection with this Contract and which were prepared by or on behalf of the Contractor and/or are instruments of service for the Scope of Work.
Contractor Documents means those records, reports, designs, specifications, certificates, plans (including management plans), procedures, manuals and other documents, whether electronic documents or hard copy format, required by the Contract to be handed over to the Principal by the Contractor (and all information advice, designs, calculations and recommendations in those documents) (but does not include those that are incomplete at the time at which the Principal exercises its rights under subclause 39.4 of the General Conditions of Contract or the Contractor exercises its rights under subclause 39.9 of the General Conditions of Contract);

  • The parties specifically agree that the Contractor Documents are hereby modified and superseded by Attachment C and this Attachment D.

  • Any requirement that the State defend or indemnify Contractor or otherwise be liable for the expenses or reimbursement, including attorneys’ fees, collection costs or license verification costs of Contractor, is hereby deleted from the Contractor Documents.

  • All Contractor Documents shall run concurrently with the term of this Contract.

  • Contractor represents and warrants to Owner that all equipment and materials used in the Work and made a part of the structures on such Work, or placed permanently in connection with such Work, will be new and of good quality, free of defects, and in conformity with the Contractor Documents.

  • The making of final payment shall constitute a waiver of all claims by Chatham County except those arising from unsettled liens, faulty or defective work appearing after substantial completion, failure of the work to comply with the requirements of the Contract Documents, or terms of any warranties required by the Contractor Documents or those items previously made in writing and identified by the COUNTY as unsettled at the time of final application for payment.

  • The Contractor's failure to perform any of its contractual obligations under the Contractor Documents, or any other Contract with the City.


More Definitions of Contractor Documents

Contractor Documents means those records, reports, designs, specifications, certificates and other documents, whether electronic documents or hard copy format, required by the Contract to be handed over to Council by the Contractor (and all information advice, designs, calculations and recommendations in those documents);
Contractor Documents means proposals, bids, quotations, bill of lading, receipts, invoices, packing slips, acknowledgments, and other documentation issued by Contractor in connection with the performance of the Deliverables, other than a Purchase Order, or provided to Contractor or the SP Entity by a Manufacturer or a subcontractor of Contractor.
Contractor Documents means all plans, drawings, specifications, files, correspondence (including faxes and e-mails), reports, diaries, documents, records (including photographic records), calculations, data, computer discs or programs, models or other material or information at any time generated by or on behalf of the Contractor pursuant to or in connection with the contract or the works.
Contractor Documents means each of the documents and agreements specified on Schedule 1.1(d) entered into between a Contractor and a Credit Party.
Contractor Documents means all documents and data on electronic, optical and magnetic media (in both its native format, and PDF or equivalent acceptable to Canadian Natural) prepared and issued by Contractor in accordance with the Agreement (and approved where required by the Agreement) and which are necessary for the proper and complete performance of the Work, including data sheets, computer data, Specifications, drawings, plans, sketches, procedures and those specified in Schedules, As-Built Drawings and all other Final Documentation.

Related to Contractor Documents

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Project Agreements means this Agreement, EPC Contract, O&M Contract and any other agreements or material contracts that may be entered into by the Developer with any person in connection with matters relating to, arising out of or incidental to the Project.
