Contractor Facility means a facility operated or controlled by Contractor or an Affiliate of Contractor.

Contractor Facility means place of business of the Contractor where the Contractor performs repairs of equipment and machinery for other entities, specifically where the Contractor plans to repair City of Houston small submersible pumps of the model and size described in these specifications.
