Examples of Contractor Guarantee in a sentence

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that each Contractor Guarantor shall be jointly and severally liable to Owner for each and every obligation and liability of Contractor under this Agreement, including any liabilities arising out of or relating to fault, default, non-performance or inadequate performance of Contractor, to the extent provided in each Contractor Guarantee.

  • Contractor acknowledges that Owner shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to issue demands for payment under the Contractor Guarantee.
