Contractor or Agency definition

Contractor or Agency means the person or persons, firm or company, whose tender has been accepted by the Company and shall include his/its/their legal representatives, administrators, successors and executors.

Related to Contractor or Agency

  • The Contractor or Contractors means the firm, company or person engaged by the SBIIMS to carry out the work. It shall also include their legal representative(s), successors or assigns.
