Contractor or Contracting Party definition
Contractor or Contracting Party means a person that enters into a Contract with the City.
The Contractor or Contractors means the firm, company or person engaged by the SBIIMS to carry out the work. It shall also include their legal representative(s), successors or assigns.
Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.
Subcontractor means any person, private or government entity, or a combination of the above, to whom any part of the Goods to be supplied or execution of any part of the Related Services is subcontracted by the Supplier.
Contractor / Vendor means the Tenderer whose bid has been accepted and awarded Letter of Acceptance for a specific item followed by the signing of Contract.
Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 10.15.
