Contractor Responsible Party definition

Contractor Responsible Party means Contractor or any of its Subcontractors or any Person acting on behalf of, or under the direction or supervision of, Contractor or any of its Subcontractors.
Contractor Responsible Party means Contractor or any of its Subcontractors or any other Person while such Person is acting on behalf of, or under the direction or supervision of, Contractor or any of its Subcontractors, including without limitation, any of their respective employees or agents.
Contractor Responsible Party means: (a) the Contractor and the employees, officers, agents and consultants of the Contractor (including the Contractor’s Representative); and (b) the Subcontractors and their sub-subcontractors and the employees, officers, agents and consultants of the Subcontractors and their sub- subcontractors. Contractor’s Design Obligations means all tasks necessary to design and specify the Physical Works required by this Contract, including preparation of the Design Documents and, if the documents stated in Item 13 of Annexure Part A as describing Tetra Tech’s Project Requirements include a Preliminary Design, developing the Preliminary Design.

  • During the term of this Agreement, the Contractor shall immediately return to the Authority’s Security Badge Office any security media issued to any Contractor Responsible Party whose employment has been terminated, or who no longer requires access to a SIDA, Sterile or Public Area, or whose security media has expired.

  • The Contractor shall immediately notify Owner in writing of any condition or circumstance which the Contractor believes presents a safety or health hazard either (i) to the employees of any Contractor Responsible Party that Contractor believes it does not have the authority to control or correct, or (ii) to any person and which one or more Contractor Responsible Parties caused or contributed to.

  • The Contractor agrees that in no event shall Owner be liable to the Contractor for any physical loss or damage to any equipment, machinery, tools, materials or other property of any Contractor Responsible Party used in the performance of the Services and operations contemplated pursuant to this Contract, whether or not such loss or damage results from any fault, negligence, act or omission of Owner Indemnified Parties.

  • Such insurance must cover all of the foregoing without limitation if caused by a Contractor Responsible Party, including an independent contractor working on behalf of the Contractor, in performing Services under this Contract.

  • Any and all information by Owner that is provided by Owner or on Owner’s behalf to the any Contractor Responsible Party in the connection with this Contract shall be deemed to be “Confidential Information.” Any reports or other documents or items (including but not limited to software) that contain or are based, in whole or in part, upon Confidential Information shall be treated in the same manner as the Confidential Information.

  • The Quality Management Plan must include the dates scheduled by the Contractor or the Contractor Responsible Party for carrying out the inspections and conducting the testing of the Materials and Equipment.

  • Contractor shall not assume, create or suffer to exist or be created, by, through or under Contractor or any other Contractor Responsible Party, any Lien on any Project Equipment, the Project Site, the Project or any portion thereof or any other property of Owner or any portion thereof, except (in each case) a Permitted Lien.

  • As between Owner and Contractor, Contractor shall be solely responsible for the acts, omissions and defaults of the Subcontractors and any other Contractor Responsible Party (with the acts, omissions and defaults of the Contractor Responsible Party being deemed attributed to Contractor).

  • As between Owner and Contractor, Contractor shall be responsible for all damage caused by any Contractor Responsible Party to public or private roads and highways in connection with performance of the Services, including site roads.
