Examples of Contractor’s Taxes in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, Owner will not be responsible: (i) to reimburse Contractor for those Contractor’s Taxes as described in Section 4.2.1(a); or (ii) for any penalties or interest related to non-payment or late payment of any required Contractor’s Taxes, unless such non-payment or late payment is due to or caused by the instruction of Owner to Contractor, as provided in Section 4.2.1(c)(ii).
The Parties agree that the Contract Price, as stated in Section 4.1, includes all Contractor’s Taxes, excluding materials that are tax exempt under Applicable Law.
Contractor’s Taxes, contractor shall be responsible for payment of taxes assessed by any Government authority measured solely on contractor’s income or taxes or measured by wages earned by its employees.
Contractor shall promptly provide Owner with notice of any audits, assessments or challenges by any Government Authority with respect to Contractor’s Taxes, which are to be reimbursed by Owner.
Any rebates received by Contractor or its Subcontractors in connection with any Contractor’s Taxes reimbursed by Owner under Section 4.2.2 from the purchase of any materials, supplies or equipment in connection with the Work shall be immediately paid over to Owner.
With the exception for amounts included in Section 14.3 above, Company shall reimburse Contractor for all documented Contractor’s Taxes related to the Services or this Contract in Guinea, and Company shall indemnify, defend and hold Contractor harmless from the payment of all Taxes or related charges of any nature whatsoever, imposed or assessed by the Government in Guinea.
The Service Rates included in Exhibit D — Compensation are not inclusive of Contractor’s Taxes.
