  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • Annexure A means the Contractor’s tender to supply the Product or render the Services or works to JOBURG MARKET in terms of the scope of work and on the terms and conditions, pricing and payment terms set out therein.

  • Contract Schedule The list (as such list may be amended from time to time) identifying each Contract constituting part of the corpus of the Trust Fund as of the Cut-off Date, and which (a) identifies each Contract as either a Fixed Rate Contract or Adjustable Rate Contract and by contract number and name and address of the Obligor and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the unpaid principal balance as of the related Transfer Date determined by giving effect to payments received prior to the related Transfer Date, (ii) the amount of each scheduled payment due from the Obligor, and (iii) the APR.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.

  • Addendum/Addenda means formally issued written or graphic modifications and/or interpretations of the Construction Documents that may add to, delete from, clarify or correct the description and/or scope of the Work. Addenda are issued during the bidding phase of the project.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • ATTACHMENT C STANDARD STATE PROVISIONS FOR CONTRACTS AND GRANTS

  • Annexure B means a copy of JOBURG MARKET Supply Chain Management Policy in terms of which this Agreement and the bid was specified, evaluated, adjudicated and awarded.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Standard Contractual Clauses means the clauses attached hereto as Exhibit 1 pursuant to the European Commission’s decision (C(2010)593) of 5 February 2010 on Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection.

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
