Contributing Originator definition

Contributing Originator means Xxxxx & Minor Distribution, Inc., a Virginia corporation.
Contributing Originator has the meaning set forth in the RSCA.
Contributing Originator means Owens & Minor Distribution, Inc., a Virginia corporation.

Examples of Contributing Originator in a sentence

  • Each Receivable contributed by Contributing Originator to the capital of the Buyer pursuant to this Section 3.1(a) and Section 3.2 below is herein referred to as a “Contributed Receivable”.

  • The Contributing Originator may, from time to time at its option, by notice to the Company on or prior to the date of the proposed contribution, identify Receivables that it proposes to contribute to the Company as a capital contribution, and if the Company is Solvent on the date of the contribution, the Contributing Originator hereby on the date of contribution transfers, conveys and absolutely assigns to the Company all Receivables identified in such notice.

Related to Contributing Originator

  • Originator means the sender of the first payment order in a funds transfer.

  • Mortgage loan originator means any institution which originated a Mortgage Loan for a related Borrower.

  • Loan originator The entity that closes a Mortgage Loan in its own name.

  • Qualified Originator means an originator of Mortgage Loans which is acceptable under the Underwriting Guidelines.

  • 60-Day Delinquent Receivables means, as of any date of determination, all Receivables (other than Repurchased Receivables and Defaulted Receivables) that are sixty (60) or more days delinquent as of such date (or, if such date is not the last day of a Collection Period, as of the last day of the Collection Period immediately preceding such date), as determined in accordance with the Servicer’s Customary Servicing Practices.

  • Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans sold by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • Registered mortgage loan originator means any individual who:

  • Seller Party means Seller, any Affiliates of Seller, any direct or indirect subcontractors of Seller or its Affiliates and any of such subcontractors' Affiliates.
