Contribution Authorization means an agreement by an Eligible Employee, provided at the time on a form and in a manner specified by the Administrative Committee (which may include electronic means), to reduce the base pay otherwise currently payable to him or her in the form of a payroll deduction from base pay in order to share in Pre-Tax Contributions and/or make After-Tax Contributions (such deduction shall comply with the further limitations in Section 3.1 of the Plan and shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of a participant’s Compensation otherwise payable for the payroll period prior to January 1, 2005 and seventy-five percent (75%) of a Participant’s Compensation otherwise payable for any payroll period thereafter). The term “Contribution Authorization” shall include a deemed election by an Eligible Employee pursuant to Section 3.1.2 to reduce base pay otherwise payable to him or her to be contributed to the Plan as a Pre-Tax Contribution (or such other applicable contribution as is provided for under Section 3.1.2).
