Contributions Outstanding definition
Contributions Outstanding has the meaning given to it in the Investment Agency Agreement.
Contributions Outstanding means the aggregate Contributions minus the aggregate of all Exercise Prices (if any) paid by the Company under the Sale Undertaking or Purchase Undertaking and any Principal Shortfall Amounts paid pursuant to clause 3.4 (▇▇▇▇▇'a compliant hedging strategy) of the Service Agency Agreement at the time the relevant rights under the Sale Undertaking or Purchase Undertaking are exercised.
