Control Action definition

Control Action means any action required by the System Operator or
Control Action means the exercise by the holders of the AGM Interest of their rights under Article XVI of this Company Agreement.
Control Action means (i) the solicitation of proxies to vote any Shares or the making of any shareholder proposal to the shareholders or making any motion (other than any procedural motion) at a meeting of shareholders, or (ii) calling any meeting of shareholders. Nothing in this Subsection (c) shall prevent Subscriber from taking any action during such sixty (60) day period permitted under applicable Law or the Articles of Incorporation of Issuer in order to preserve Subscriber's rights to take a Control Action on a timely basis following the expiration of such sixty (60) day period.

  • Buyer will, at Seller’s request, in good faith participate in product stewardship efforts regarding the Products, including, as applicable, participation in Seller’s VECAP (Voluntary Emissions Control Action Program for brominated flame retardants) and similar product stewardship efforts.

  • In connection with any Joint Control Action, the Parties shall reasonably consult with each other on a regular basis with respect to strategy and material developments with respect to such action, and no Party may settle or compromise or consent to the entry of judgment in such Action without the consent of the other Party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Response Action means the investigation, cleanup, removal, remediation, containment, control, abatement, monitoring of or any other response action to the presence of Regulated Substances or Contamination in, on, at, under or emanating from the Stadium Site, including the correction or abatement of any violation required pursuant to Environmental Laws or by a Governmental Authority.
