CONTROL LINE definition

CONTROL LINE means a line by reference to which a vehicle is timed or its performance in a competition is determined.
CONTROL LINE means a line on either side of a highway or part of a highway beyond the building line fixed in respect of such highway or part by a notification under sub-section (1) of section 7;

CONTROL LINE means a line on either side of a state road or part of a state road beyond the building line as may be determined by the state road authority under section 13.

  • Traffic control device means a flagger, sign, signal, marking, or other device used to regulate, warn or guide traffic, placed on, over, or adjacent to a street, highway, private road open to public travel, pedestrian facility, or shared-use path by authority of a public agency or official having jurisdiction, or, in the case of a private road open to public travel, by authority of the private owner or private official having jurisdiction.

  • Change of Control Put Period means the period from, and including, the date of a Change of Control Put Event Notice to, but excluding, the 45th day following the date of the Change of Control Put Event Notice or, if earlier, the eighth day immediately preceding the Maturity Date;
