Control Power definition

Control Power means having control power or influence, regardless of whether it is direct or indirect, in determining policies, management, operation, appointment of directors, appointment of high-level executives or any other actions which may affect the management or operation of the telecommunication business of the Company.
Control Power or “Control” means the power effectively used to direct the social activities and give guidance to the operation of the Company's bodies, whether directly or indirectly, de jure or de facto, regardless of the detained shareholding. There is a relative assumption of Control holding regarding the person or the Group of Shareholders who hold the shares that were ensured to the absolute majority of the votes of the shareholders who attended the three last of the Company's Shareholders’ Meetings, even if they are not the holders of the shares that the majority of the voting capital ensures to them.
Control Power means the power effectively used of heading the corporate activities and guiding the operation of the agencies of the Company, directly or indirectly, de facto or de jure, regardless of the equity interest held. There is relative presumption of ownership of the control in relation to the person or to the Group of Stockholders that owns stocks guaranteeing the absolute majority of the votes of the stockholders attending the last three (3) general meetings of the Company, even if not owner of the stocks guaranteeing the absolute majority of the voting capital; and

  • If ▇▇▇▇ establishes that the BSP has failed for a particular quarter-hour to provide at least the quantity of his Tertiary Control Power Obligations, ▇▇▇▇ will apply a penalty.

  • The Power Source System shall provide bonding to a common ground point, such that all Control System and Control Power System components are at the same potential.

  • The present General Framework for the Service lays down the mutual rights and obligations of ▇▇▇▇ and the BSP in relation to the procurement of Tertiary Control Power and the eventual provision by The BSP of the Tertiary Control within the Control Area.

  • Service Control Point (SCP) is the node in the common channel signaling network that accepts Queries for certain Database services. The SCP is a real time database system that receives Queries from service platforms, performs subscriber or application-specific service logic, and then sends a Response back to the Query-originating platform.
