Control Time definition

Control Time has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.1.
Control Time shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a).
Control Time means the earlier of (i) such time as Purchaser Designees first constitute at least a majority of the Board of Directors of the Company pursuant to Section 1.3, and (ii) the Effective Time.

  • Prior to the Control Time, the Company will exercise, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, complete control and supervision over its and its Subsidiaries’ respective operations.

  • Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request. See “Payment for Services, Travel Reimbursement” in Exhibit C – Bid Price for additional information.

  • Mandatory Termination Date means the "Termination Date" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Anticipated Termination Date Any Distribution Date on which it is anticipated that the Trust Fund will be terminated pursuant to Section 9.01(c) of this Agreement.
