Controlled access area definition

Controlled access area means an area outside of the restricted area but inside the pharmacy, access to which will be limited to the public.
Controlled access area means that portion of a licensed premises under the licensee’s or lessee’s direct control where the licensee or lessee stores, sells, serves, delivers, and provides a place for patrons to consume alcoholic beverages.
