Controlled Item definition

Controlled Item means an item which is imported into Mauritius, or exported out of Mauritius, and is subject to reporting under the Safeguards Agreement and the Additional Protocol;
Controlled Item means a PPL Sound Recording, a PMSR or a PRS for Music
Controlled Item means any article provided in a list by an Operational Manager under section 18 (3) of this Act.

More Definitions of Controlled Item
