controlling director definition

controlling director means a Member who, at any time on or after 17 March 1987 and in the last 10 years before the Relevant Date has, in relation to the Employer, been both within the definition of a director in section 612(1) of the Act and within paragraph (b) of section 417(5) of that Act.
