Convenience Cheque definition

Convenience Cheque is a cheque provided by Collabria that you can use to make purchases and receive Cash Advances. The amount used on a Convenience Cheque will be applied as a Cash Advance Transaction to your account;
Convenience Cheque means a cheque we have given you for use with your Account.
Convenience Cheque means a cheque we issue to you that you can use to pay for goods and services with your Card or to conduct a Balance Transfer, if we permit.

Examples of Convenience Cheque in a sentence

  • If a Cash Advance, Convenience Cheque or Balance Transfer would cause you to go over your Cash Limit, that Transaction may be declined.

  • We are not able to assist you with a merchant dispute for a Transaction made with a Convenience Cheque.

  • If a Cash Advance, Convenience Cheque or Balance Transfer would result in your Cash Limit being exceeded, that Transaction may be declined.

  • If your Card or Convenience Cheque is used without your authorization following the loss or theft of your Card or Convenience Cheque, your liability is limited to a maximum of $50 and all liability ceases when Collabria is notified of the loss or theft of the Card or Convenience Cheque.

  • For example, we may permit you to transfer balances from cards issued by other credit card issuers by using a Convenience Cheque or through our telephone or online services.

  • This could include using your Card to pay for goods and services by presenting the Card to a merchant; and using your Card or the Account to pay for goods and services ordered from a merchant by telephone, internet or mail; and using a Convenience Cheque to pay a merchant for goods and services or to pay any other person.

  • Any Cash Advance, Convenience Cheque or Purchase which results in your credit limit being exceeded shall be regarded as a request to increase your credit limit to the maximum amount that can then be granted to you, taking into consideration Collabria’s applicable credit granting standards.

  • We stop charging interest on Cash Advances, Balance Transfers and Convenience Cheques on the day we receive a payment which covers the amount of the Cash Advance, Balance Transfer or Convenience Cheque, as the case may be, as described in Section 14 of this Agreement.

  • If you cannot access your Account, your Card is not honoured, a Transaction is blocked or a Convenience Cheque or Balance Transfer is not accepted, we are not liable, regardless of whether the reason was within our control or not.

  • We may refuse to honour any transaction including a Balance Transfer request or Convenience Cheque written on your Account, either before or after cancellation, closure or suspension.


More Definitions of Convenience Cheque

Convenience Cheque means a cheque we have supplied for use with your Credit Card account. Credentials means information stored on your mobile device that is used by the CIBC mobile Payment Service to identify you and your Credit Card account. Credit Card Account means the CIBC credit card account which we have opened for the Primary Cardholder.
Convenience Cheque means a cheque we have supplied for use with your Credit Card Account. Credit Card Account means the Manulife Bank credit card account which we have opened for the Primary Cardholder.
Convenience Cheque means a cheque we have supplied for use with your Visa Account. Disclosure Statement means the document disclosing Visa Account fees, interest rates and other matters which we provide to you when your Visa Account is opened and when we send you new or replacement Cards.
Convenience Cheque means a cheque we have given you for use with your Account. Costco means Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd.

  • Monthly Excess Cashflow For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of the Monthly Excess Interest and Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such date.

  • Single-family dwelling means a private residence provided with sleeping and cooking facilities intended for domestic use and in which the occupants live as a single housekeeping unit that is not part of a Multiple Dwelling;

  • Differential Deposit means data that reflects all transactions that were not reflected in the last previous Full or Differential Deposit, as the case may be. Each Differential Deposit will contain all database transactions since the previous Deposit was completed as of 00:00:00 UTC of each day, but Sunday. Differential Deposits must include complete Escrow Records as specified below that were not included or changed since the most recent full or Differential Deposit (i.e., newly added or modified domain names).

  • Excess Cash Flow Payment Date means the date occurring 90 days after the last day of a fiscal year of the Parent (commencing with its fiscal year ending December 31, 2000).

  • Rear Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a parcel measured perpendicularly from the rear wall(s) of the main building situated on the parcel to the rear property boundary of the parcel [see sketch in Schedule B];

  • Net Monthly Excess Cashflow With respect to each Distribution Date, the sum of (a) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the excess of (x) Available Funds for such Distribution Date over (y) the sum for such Distribution Date of (A) the Monthly Interest Distributable Amounts for the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates, (B) the Unpaid Interest Shortfall Amounts for the Class A Certificates and (C) the Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Available Funds Cap Any of the Class A-1 Available Funds Cap, the Class A-2 Available Funds Cap or the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap.

  • Available Funds With respect to any Distribution Date and the Mortgage Loans to the extent received by the Master Servicer (x) the sum of (i) all scheduled installments of interest (net of the related Expense Fees) and principal due on the Due Date on such Mortgage Loans in the related Due Period and received by the Servicer on or prior to the related Determination Date, together with any P&I Advances in respect thereof; (ii) all Condemnation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and Subsequent Recoveries received by the Servicer during the related Prepayment Period (in each case, net of unreimbursed expenses incurred in connection with a liquidation or foreclosure and unreimbursed Advances, if any); (iii) all partial or full prepayments on the Mortgage Loans received by the Servicer during the related Prepayment Period together with all Compensating Interest paid by the Servicer in connection therewith (excluding any Prepayment Charges); (iv) all Substitution Adjustment Amounts with respect to the substitutions of Mortgage Loans that occur on or prior to the related Determination Date; (v) all amounts received with respect to such Distribution Date as the Repurchase Price in respect of a Mortgage Loan repurchased by the Mortgage Loan Seller or the Sponsor on or prior to the related Determination Date; and (vi) the proceeds with respect to the termination of the Trust Fund pursuant to clause (a) of Section 11.01; reduced by (y) amounts in reimbursement for Advances previously made with respect to the Mortgage Loans and other amounts as to which the Servicer, the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator or the Trustee are entitled to be paid or reimbursed pursuant to this Agreement.

  • 100-year floodplain means any area of land that:

  • Professional Fee Escrow Account means an interest-bearing account funded by the Debtors with Cash on the Effective Date in an amount equal to the Professional Fee Amount.

  • 100-year flood means a flood that has a 1-percent or greater chance of recurring in any given year or a flood of a magnitude equalled or exceeded once in 100 years on the average over a significantly long period.

  • E-Fax means any system used to receive or transmit faxes electronically.

  • Excess Cashflow With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount, if any, equal to the sum of (a) the Remaining Excess Spread for such Distribution Date and (b) the Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Checked-In Baggage means the baggage entrusted by the Insured and accepted by a Common Carrier for transportation for which a baggage receipt is issued to the Insured by the Common Carrier. This shall exclude all the items that are carried/ transported under a contract of affreightment.

  • Checked Baggage means baggage of which the carrier takes sole custody and for which the carrier issues a baggage identification tag.

  • Distribution Upgrades has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Extra Premium means an additional amount charged by Us, as per Our Underwriting Policy, which is determined on the basis of disclosures made by You in the Proposal Form or any other information received by Us including medical examination report of the Life Insured.

  • Reference mass means the "unladen mass" of the vehicle increased by a uniform figure of 100 kg for test according to Annexes 4a and 8;

  • Multiple-family dwelling means a property containing 5 or more residential units, including those which are occupied seasonally.

  • Standard Contractual Clauses means the clauses attached hereto as Exhibit 1 pursuant to the European Commission’s decision (C(2010)593) of 5 February 2010 on Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection.
