We are unable to assist you with merchant disputes in respect of a Convenience Cheque.
We are not able to assist you with a merchant dispute for a Transaction made with a Convenience Cheque.
If a Cash Advance, Convenience Cheque or Balance Transfer would cause you to go over your Cash Limit, that Transaction may be declined.

Receivables Purchaser hereby agrees to grant to Account Owner a security interest in the Convenience Cheque Account and the funds deposited therein in order to secure Receivables Purchaser’s obligation to clear convenience cheques issued in connection with the Accounts.
If your Account is not in Good Standing or if this Agreement or your Account has been terminated or suspended, we will suspend or cancel your ability to use the Card or access your Account and we may take any or all of the following steps without notifying you: • refuse to honour any Convenience Cheque or Balance Transfer (whether made before or after termination).
