Convenience Class Distribution definition

Convenience Class Distribution means Cash and other property distributed by the Disbursing Agent to the holders of Convenience Claims. The source of funding for the Convenience Class Distribution will be first, from the liquidation of Unencumbered Assets and, if the Unencumbered Assets are insufficient to fund such distribution, next from the Asset Sale Proceeds, but in no case shall the Convenience Class Distribution exceed $1,000,000.
Convenience Class Distribution means Cash and other property distributed by the Disbursing Agent to the holders of Convenience Claims. The source of
Convenience Class Distribution means, with respect to each Convenience Claim, an amount equal to 50.0% of such Convenience Claim.

  • After such sales are consummated the Reorganized Debtors will effectuate the Unsecured Convenience Class Distribution and Unsecured Retiree Convenience Class Distribution in accordance with the Plan.

Convenience Class Distribution means, with respect to each Convenience Claim, an amount in Cash equal to 60% of such Convenience Claim.

  • Class Distribution Amount As to each Combinable Class and Distribution Date, an amount equal to the distribution of principal and/or interest on such Distribution Date in respect of the Related REMIC Class multiplied by a fraction the numerator of which is equal to the Aggregate Denomination of such Class at the close of business on the related Record Date and the denominator of which is the original principal amount of the Related REMIC Class having the same letter designation. As to each RCR Class, the sum of (i) the Class Interest Distribution Amount for such Class and (ii) the Class Principal Distribution amount for such Class.

  • Excess Distribution is defined in Section 6.1(d)(iii)(A).

  • Excess Distribution Unit is defined in Section 6.1(d)(iii)(A).

  • Class B-2 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-2 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eighth, ninth and tenth of Section 4.01(a).
