Convention Offices definition

Convention Offices means and includes, collectively, the facilities and spaces secured by the Host Committee and assigned and/or occupied by the DNC for use relating to the Convention, including the DNC headquarters office space, the credentialing operations office space, the transportation operations office space, the airport transportation operations office space, the media operations office space, the National Party headquarters hotel office space, the National Party meeting space, the auditorium space and the volunteer staging space.
Convention Offices means and includes, collectively, the facilities and spaces described in Article 11 hereof.
Convention Offices means and includes, collectively, the facilities and spaces described in the Master Contract.

Examples of Convention Offices in a sentence

  • The Convention Offices shall be available for use by DNCC staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week during the period in which each such office is to be available under this Article 11.

  • The Host Committee shall involve all Convention Offices and other Convention operations in a recycling program acceptable to the DNCC.

  • The Host Committee shall provide, for each Convention Office, during the period in which such office is to be available as provided in this Article 11, electricity, water, heating, ventilation and air conditioning available on a 24-hour basis, seven days per week; and janitorial service sufficient to ensure the consistent maintenance of a professional environment at all Convention Offices.
