Conversion Agent definition

Conversion Agent shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.02.
Conversion Agent means any Person authorized by the Company to convert any Securities on behalf of the Company.
Conversion Agent means the Transfer Agent acting in its capacity as conversion agent for the Series A Preferred Stock, and its successors and assigns.

Conversion Agent means the Trustee or such other office or agency designated by the Company where Securities may be presented for conversion.
