Conversion Data definition

Conversion Data means the set of data files prepared by the City in accordance with Section 3.7 [Data Migration] and as further set out in the Implementation Schedule.
Conversion Data has the meaning provided in Section 3 of this Schedule 3.7.
Conversion Data means the information and data reasonably necessary in order to convert the Assets and the Assumed Deposits from the books and records of Seller to the books and records of Purchaser. Such Conversion Data will include test tapes and conversion tapes but will not include the Records.

  • Seller shall include within the Conversion Data provided to Purchaser a listing of all holds received by it on the Accounts in which the Assumed Deposits are held.

  • Data Conversion Data Sources are limited to the following: • Tidemark – 4 Test loads Interfaces Specify the interface names / source systems, etc.

  • Bank hereby agrees that it shall not change or modify Bank’s Account issuance Criteria prior to the Conversion Data without Zale’s prior written approval.

  • The Series D Shares are subject to a mandatory, 36 month conversion feature at the end of which all Series D Shares outstanding will be automatically converted, upon the terms set forth in this section ("Mandatory Conversion Data").

  • Purchaser shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, to install the Conversion Data on Purchaser’s third-party service provider’s data processing system.


More Definitions of Conversion Data

Conversion Data means the date on which Conversion for Customer or a particular Affiliate has been completed. Schedule 1.2 identifies the Conversion Date for Customer and each Affiliate identified therein.
