Conversion of Hours definition

Conversion of Hours where an employee is granted vacation pursuant to this article and where the regularly scheduled workday is greater than seven and one-half hours per day, the annual vacation entitlement will be converted to hours on the basis of a seven and one-half hour day and deducted accordingly.
