Conversion Share Price definition

Conversion Share Price means that amount as shall equal eighty percent (80%) of the Fair Market Value of each Share of Maker's Common Stock (as determined on an as converted and fully diluted basis) as such per Share value and number of Shares of Common Stock are determined to exist as of the Conversion Exercise Date.
Conversion Share Price means the product of (X) price at which a share of the Securities is sold in the Equity Financing multiplied by (Y) 0.8.

  • Conversion Share means any share of Common Stock issued or issuable upon conversion of any Note.
